Doesn't matter how good you are when the AI factions all declare war on you and leave each other alone. I don't mind being in a multi front war, but when they are all leaving each other alone and it's just your faction versus the world. ♥♥♥♥ war system is a ♥♥♥♥ war system.
Wanted Criminal Rating in Mount & Blade 2 Bannerlord. Doing things factions dislike will give you the wanted criminal status in Mount & Blade 2 Bannerlord. Being a wanted criminal in a certain place will stop you from entering it, which means no trade or quests can be done there until you’ve cleared your name. Simplest way is the perk, though. Trade isn't too difficult to get up, but it can be pretty tedious. Gets a lot easier levelling it once you get the first perk. I might be thinking of Warband but you used to be able to talk to your liege lord and hand back fiefs you owned, at a relationship penalty due in most cases.
November 18, 2022. The life of a mercenary is not for everyone, and it shouldn’t be yours in Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord. If you have fought too many enemies for a kingdom and feel that it is time to find something different to do, you can easily stop being a mercenary at any point in time.
Being fast is the key to choosing your battles. If you are a mercenary and you see the merchants of an enemy faction, they can be good pickings as long as you can defeat their strong escorts. There are times you can herd them into places they can't retreat from you, but usually it's a while before you can outrun them.
So the real problem here, as I see it, is the -3 and 4 loyalty based on faction. This should start at -3, go down to 0 within about a year of gameplay, and up to +3 after another year, OR you have the option to slaughter those disloyal to bring it up (but hurt prosperity and notable favor). -4 is just way too much.
