In some cases, you can get it to work by cleaning the contacts with an eraser or alcohol. Or try swapping out for a new cable and/or using a different charging source (computer port or wall…. I have this problem from time-to time. The way I fix it is to spray WD40 on the end of the cable that plugs into the watch and the connector on the watch.

Vivoactive 3 screen is blank. 2600643 over 3 years ago. Hi. My vivoactive 3 screen in blank and the hard reset does not help. The lights on the back are still working at it vibrates when I try the hard reset but the screen is still blank.
Since I've had this watch I've had to charge to 100%, wait a few minutes for rapid battery drain and plug the watch back in to reach 100% again. After 3 or 4 cyclles of this, the watch eventually settles at 0.5% drain per hour and lasts 4 days with 2 or 3 GPS runs. Since 5.7 it's horrendous. Currently on 6th cycle of replugging the watch back

Overheating while charging. DeniseSlow over 2 years ago. Good morning, I've had my watch for 3 years and have had absolutely no issues until this morning. I charged it last night without a problem took it off the charger and put it on my wrist.
