I've used the holding tool for the cams and they are in the correct place but my cranckshaft key isn't at 12 o'clock although the workshop manual says it should be. Would it be ok to turn the cranckshaft anti clockwise alittle to make sure

Haynes manual shows 38 Nm torque for tensioner pulley and 80 Nm for the idler pulley. 38 Nm seems to be a low torque for such a large bolt size.
